There’s no limit to the number of requests you can make. However, I conduct a quarterly service fee review during the first year of our engagement to ensure the scope of work matches the monthly fee. If your requests significantly increase, I may adjust the fee at the next review.
I upload all financials and supporting documentation to your client portal. You’ll receive a quick note via portal chat, email, or text, whichever method you prefer to let you know when everything is ready.
